Based on the NSW Central Coast, Piste works with small businesses across the Central Coast and Sydney. It gives them access to experienced sales, marketing and AI help, without another full-time hire or the overhead of a big agency.

I started Piste after more than 15 years working across sales, partnerships, business development and digital marketing.
I’ve worked across media, technology, finance, education and agencies, from major brands to growing businesses. What I kept seeing was that smaller businesses often know what they want to improve, but don’t always have the time, experience or extra capacity to get it done.
Piste was built to fill that gap. When you work with Piste, you work directly with me, from working out what needs attention through to getting the work done.
Small businesses often reach a point where there’s more to do than the team has time for. Sales gets pushed aside, marketing becomes inconsistent and good ideas stay on the to-do list. Piste steps into that gap and gets the work moving.
AI where it helps. Human judgement where it matters.
We use technology to make good work faster and simpler, without replacing judgement, relationships or common sense.
Piste is deliberately small. You work directly with me, with no account managers and no layers in between.
We agree what needs doing, what it will cost and what success looks like, then I get on with it. No bloated teams, no unnecessary retainers, no strategy for strategy’s sake.

Why the name?
A piste is a marked route down a mountain.
We liked the idea of having a clear route through something that can otherwise feel complicated.
